Flexible, easy pricing
Uninsured Rate:
$22.00/hour
Adding my name to your liability insurance contract will allow me to give a discounted rate as a contractor.
Ensured Rate:
$25.00/hour
If you prefer to record my jobs under my own liability insurance, I can send you copies of my insurance.
Emergency fees:
$20.00
These are one time fees that only occur when you have an emergency cleaning within a 24 hour period.

How to Book me
Step one:
Onboarding Meeting
We'll set up a 20 minute onboarding interview where we'll exchange the following documents:
+ Signed Independent Contractors Agreement + Signed 1099 IRS form
+ Proof of Insurance forms (if needed)
I try to make this meeting as easy for you as possible and can either meet in person, or on a Zoom Call.
Step two:
Access to my Calendly
I'll provide you access to my calendar so you can see my availability. This helps you be able to schedule future cleanings without paying an emergency fee. If you need an emergency cleaning, no problem. I can help!
Step three:
Job Requirements
Just send me the following job requirements and I'll take care of the rest:

Frequently asked questions
How many years of experience do you have?
I have been cleaning for 15 years. I started out cleaning at UCCS and wedding venues in 2008. In 2010 I started working for Service Master Clean. In 2015 my wife and I began our own cleaning business, and then transitioned out of it in 2019. I have also acted as a floater cleaner for Office Pride Janitorial Services.
Do you bring your own cleaning products?
Yes! I carry and stock my own products including disinfectants, cloths, vacuum and other equipment. If your client prefers I use theirs, or you need me to use yours, no problem. We can arrange for a time for me to pick up your supplies.
Do you work as a sub-contractor?
yes, all of my jobs are invoiced as a sub-contractor so you don't have to worry about paying employee taxes, unemployment insurance, etc. While interacting with your customers, I will represent YOUR cleaning brand.
Do you contract out work for other cleaning companies too?
Yes, there a few local cleaning companies that will contact me through out the month when they need me. If you prefer I only work with your cleaning company, I just ask that you provide a fixed 20 hours per week minimum.
Why don't you operate your own cleaning business?
In 2019, my wife and I became extremely burned out trying to manage a cleaning business. I love cleaning and working with people, but I would much rather support other cleaning businesses and help them succeed than try juggling the tasks of running a business ever again.
How do want to be billed for your jobs?
I am flexible but if possible prefer to be paid for all open invoices by Friday of each week, and accept credit card, check or cash. I understand some clients don't pay right away, so I try to offer a little flexibility.
I can also offer a grace-period of one extra week for up to three accounts. If you have more than three unpaid jobs that are more than two weeks due, I won't be able to provide any additional cleaning until the invoices have been reconciled.

My name is Isaac Cano, nice to meet you! I grew up here in Colorado Springs and have been cleaning for 15 years. My goal is to support your cleaning business and help you succeed by being your back up cleaner when you need one.
I know breaking even on cleaning jobs can be a challenge when trying to negotiate pricing with sub-contractors. That's why I try offering the lowest hourly rate possible.
I am also very confident and comfortable taking care of more complex jobs (deep cleaning, move-outs, etc) that usually require more experience and skills to clean.
